Easter
Lamb
Throughout
the world the most popular Easter symbol is the lamb.
In past centuries it was considered a lucky omen to meet a lamb,
especially at Easter time. Some religions have merged to meet the
tradition of lamb on Easter.
Lamb
is a favorite choice of an Easter meat around the world. The natural
breeding cycle of sheep is in March and April, so this accounts
for lambs being readily available during this time although with
modern farming, they are available throughout most of the year.
Chefs
the world over have tested so many different techniques for cooking
lamb that there has to be one that would please everyone that observes
Easter.
